General Questions

#1: Q: How long does shipping usually take? A: I try to ship things out same-day as long as the order is placed early enough, but in general you can usually expect for your product to be shipped in 1-2 days with 3-5 day shipping.

#2: Q: Will there be a larger/full sized balisong coming? A: Hopefully :D I think it would be a ton of fun and also a lot of work, so right now I am working to establish myself as a maker before starting any new major products.

#3: Q: Will international shipping be offered eventually? A: Yes! This is something I really want to figure out soon since I know of lots of people outside of the states that want to try the Quad!

#4: Q: Will there be new handle and/or blade designs coming for the Quad or other mini trainers? A: It's a similar answer to the question of a full sized trainer -- It is definitely something I want to do in the future but no official plans are in place yet.

Quad Questions

#1: Q: What is the balance of the Quad like? A: Handle Biased

#2: Q: Does the Quad need to be lubed? A: It comes lubed and usually does not need to be lubed from then on, but lube is always a good first line of defense if you start to experince any kind of binding

#3: Q: How durable is the Quad? A: Medium - It should be fine over soft surfaces like carpet and such as long as drops are soft & try to be minimized, but too many drops onto hard surfaces is likely to eventually result in the plastic around the pivots cracking.

#4: Q: How are the tolerances? A: Like nearly all plastic trainers, there is an accepted amount of play, but due to the unique way that the blade fits into the handles, there is no tap.

#5: Q: What was your inspiration for the Quad? A: I wanted to make a mini balisong trainer that focused on being as flippable as possible while maintaining a small form factor
